The research of  Iska Tsubari, our graduate student, with Ohad Sharon and Sivan Yosebashvili, undergraduate students under the supervision of Dr. Shay Moran, was accepted to the prestigious COLT conference taking place this July.

Ohad and Sivan contributed to the project as part of their undergraduate Mathematics Research Projects course.

Their study focuses on the "online learning" model, which allows the learning algorithm to emit multiple predictions or labels, unlike the traditional model that only offers one prediction. The significance of this research is demonstrated through its applications in recommendation algorithms used by companies such as Amazon and Netflix. These algorithms offer multiple recommendations to users with the aim of providing a personalized experience that aligns with the user's preferences.
