I'll review  the Schrodinger-Poisson system in the attractive case (Choquard equation), and extend its formulation to multi state (involving several eigenstates). A dual formulation, handy for  this case, will be presented. Using the Lieb-Thirring   inequality, a result concerning the existence of steady states in the sub-critical regime is introduced.
