Abstract:
In this talk, I'll discuss recent results about the structure of infinite approximate groups, and in particular in hyperbolic groups, as well as many open problems. I’ll also talk about growths of product sets in hyperbolic groups: If G is a hyperbolic group and A, B are two finite sets, how large can |AB| be?
